PreTestAds is operated by Choice Internet Brands, Inc, a Nevada corporation. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Choice Internet Brands, Inc. When we say “you,” we mean the person or business using our service.

2. What information we collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Name and email address when you create an account
• Password (stored as a one-way hash — we cannot see it)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers)
• Video, audio, or image files you upload for analysis

We also collect information automatically:

• IP address and browser type
• Pages visited and features used
• Analysis results associated with your account

3. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the PreTestAds service
• To process your uploaded files through our neural engagement model
• To send transactional emails (analysis complete, low credits, billing receipts)
• To respond to support requests
• To improve our scoring model and service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Uploaded files

Files you upload (video, audio, images) are stored on DigitalOcean Spaces and processed by our neural engagement model hosted on Replicate. Files are retained to display your analysis history. You can contact us at [email protected] to request deletion of your files.

We do not share your uploaded files with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (cloud storage and ML inference providers).

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate PreTestAds:

• Stripe — payment processing
• DigitalOcean — hosting and file storage
• Replicate — ML model inference
• Mailgun — transactional email

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We select providers who take data protection seriously.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analysis results are stored indefinitely so you can access your history. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days upon request.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the European Economic Area or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Children

PreTestAds is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
